PVmed is headquartered in the National University Science Park of Sun Yat-sen University in Guangzhou. As a supplier of holistic solution for AI-enabled precision medicine, PVmed has been leading the field of AI-enhanced auxiliary diagnosis and treatment based on medical imaging across the globe.

As of December 2021, PVmed has applied for more than 60 invention patents into substantive examination, and has 19 invention patents, 10 utility model patents, 5 appearance patents and nearly 30 software copyrights with authorization. All existing products have been qualified for domestic market access, with 1 NMPA Class III, 3 NMPA Class II medical device registration certificates and 1 FDA 510(k) clearance, started a number of domestic NMPA Class III medical device and the U.S. FDA 510(k) product registrations, and passed ISO 9001, ISO 13485, ISO 14001, ISO 45001 and intellectual property management system certification.
